Invitation to the press conference: Interim summary of the INTERREG INT 181 project

On 23 September 2021, a press conference of the INTERREG INT 181 project funded by the European Union will take place at Criewen Castle in Schwedt/Oder. The Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development (HNEE), Stralsund University of Applied Sciences (HOST), the University of Szczecin (US), the Uckermark Entrepreneurs' Association (Unternehmervereinigung Uckermark e.V., UVU), companies and public administrations in the German-Polish border region are working closely together on the project.

Background of the project

The aim of the project "University meets business; German-Polish Innovation Campus - An innovative pilot project (INT 181)" is to expand and deepen cooperation between universities, companies and public administration in the Pomerania region. The establishment of a German-Polish innovation campus is intended to further develop and stabilise the quality of cooperation between the universities of Stralsund and Eberswalde and the University of Szczecin. Students from the three universities will be motivated to complete their internships, write their theses or start their careers in the region through company visits, integrated lectures and workshops, special topic catalogues and direct discussions with HR managers.

The project organisers invite interested members of the press to a press conference on 23.09.21.
