The Eco Film Tour 2021 in the HNEE auditorium
From 2 to 5 November 2021, the Eco Film Tour 2021 will once again take place at the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development (HNEE). The film festival offers a nature-oriented film programme for students and interested citizens.
This year, HNEE is once again one of around 200 co-organisers of the 16th festival for environmental and nature films, the Eco Film Tour 2021. From over 130 submitted television and cinema films from German-speaking countries, a jury from the FÖN e.V. selected 40 cinema and television films and 12 short films on topics such as global environmental and nature conservation, preserving biodiversity, climate protection and the energy transition.
The university auditorium will be transformed into a cinema for a selection of the nominated films and will open its doors to interested members of the public. After each film, the audience is invited to discuss with experts or filmmakers. The President of HNEE, Prof. Dr Matthias Barth, will open the EcoFilm Tour 2021 on Tuesday, 2 November at 19:00 in the auditorium. On 3 November, the film programme especially for schools in Eberswalde will also start in the morning.
Admission is free. Prior registration of individuals, school classes and youth groups is necessary due to limited room capacity. Please send your registration, stating your first name and surname, the film title, date and time, by email to veranstaltungen@hnee.de.
Venue: House 6, 2nd floor (auditorium), Schicklerstr. 5, 16225 Eberswalde. Please note the 3-G rules.
